🧰 Fishing Equipment: Personal fishing rods, reels, and tackle are not included in the package. High-quality fishing gear can be rented in advance upon request. Please inform us during booking.
💧 Catch & Release Policy: This expedition follows a strict catch-and-release policy, especially for Golden Mahseer and Goonch, to support river conservation and sustainability.
⚠️ Physical Fitness: Participants should be in good physical condition, as the trip involves long hours of fishing, camping, and moderate rafting in remote wilderness areas.
🏥 Travel Insurance: All participants must have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, and helicopter evacuation. Proof of insurance is required before the trip begins.
🛂 Permits & Entry Fees: All national park and conservation area permits are arranged by our team. Please carry a copy of your passport and a passport-size photo for permit processing.
🌦️ Weather Conditions: Western Nepal weather is generally dry and stable in the fishing seasons. However, river and climate conditions can vary. Our guides may adjust the itinerary to ensure safety and optimal fishing conditions.
🏕️ Camping & Hygiene: Camps are set up daily on clean riverbanks with eco-friendly practices. Toilets are basic (portable or trench-style). We ensure minimum impact on nature.
📶 Connectivity: Mobile network coverage is very limited or non-existent along most parts of the river route. Inform your contacts in advance. Emergency satellite communication is available with guides.
🐍 Wildlife Precautions: While encounters with wildlife like snakes, monkeys, and wild boars are rare, we follow strict camping safety protocols. Do not walk alone at night or leave food outside tents.
👨✈️ Guides & Support Team: Your expedition will be led by licensed river guides and experienced fishing specialists. Porters and kitchen crew travel in support rafts to manage logistics.
💵 Payment & Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to departure. Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or by card (3% card fee applies).
