The Bheri River Fishing Trip – 1 Day, exclusively organized by Karnali Rafting & Adventure Pvt. Ltd., is the fastest way to experience world-class fishing in Nepal’s western rivers. Designed for travelers with limited time, this package offers a complete fishing adventure in just one day.
The trip begins with an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, followed by a scenic jeep drive to the Bheri–Karnali Confluence, a legendary fishing hotspot where two great rivers meet. This confluence is famous for its abundance of Golden Mahseer, also called the “tiger of the river,” and the mighty Goonch Catfish, known for its size and power. Anglers may also encounter Snow Trout in calmer pools.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy casting, wade fishing, and drift fishing in prime pools and runs, supported by experienced fishing guides who understand the river ecosystem. A freshly prepared riverside lunch will keep your energy high during the expedition.
