Exit the river system and transfer to Thakurdwara near Bardiya National Park. Check into a comfortable resort and relax after the expedition. In the evening, enjoy a village walk and traditional Tharu cultural performance showcasing local dance and heritage. Overnight stay at the resort.
Start early with a guided jungle safari inside Bardiya National Park, one of Nepal’s richest wildlife zones. Look for Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceros, wild elephants, gharial crocodiles, and diverse bird species. After breakfast and lunch at the resort, drive to Nepalgunj Airport and fly back to Kathmandu for international departure or onward travel.
