Overview
The Seti Karnali Rafting Expedition – 10 Days offers the same breathtaking remote river experience of the 11-day trip but condensed for travelers with tighter schedules. Operated by Karnali Rafting & Adventure Pvt. Ltd., this adventure takes you deep into far-western Nepal to raft one of the country’s most untouched rivers.
Paddle through challenging Class III–IV rapids, drift past jungle-covered cliffs, and camp on remote white-sand beaches under the stars. The trip still covers all the major rapids, scenic confluences, and cultural encounters while saving you a day of travel time.
Trip Preparation
Trip Itinerary
Day 1 : Kathmandu → Dhangadhi (Flight) → Dipayal (Jeep)
Scenic flight to Dhangadhi, followed by jeep transfer to Dipayal. Equipment checks and briefing. Overnight lodge/camp. (Meals: L, D)
Day 2 : Dipayal → Naridang Village
Start rafting with moderate rapids. Camp at Naridang. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 3 : Naridang → Devisthan
Class III–IV rapids through forested valleys. Camp at Devisthan. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 4 : Devisthan → Maharudra (Seti & Budhiganga Confluence)
Continuous rapids to scenic confluence campsite. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 5 : Maharudra → Lode Khola
Remote big-wave rapids; riverside BBQ night. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 6 : Lode Khola → Scorpion Beach
Pristine sandy beach camping after exciting paddling. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 7 : Scorpion Beach → Benighat (Seti & Karnali Confluence)
Arrive at the Karnali River; camp near confluence. (Meals: B, L, D)
Day 8 : Benighat → Tamcha
